Frequently Asked Questions

“Can’t find what you’re looking for? Reach us anytime at support@listtobid.com — we’re here to help you list, steward, and discover where joy becomes treasure.”

Yes. All sales are final unless the item is materially inaccurate compared to its listing description. Yes. All sales are final unless the item is materially inaccurate compared to its listing description.

Buyers pay shipping costs. ListToBid arranges pickup from the seller and delivery to you.

Credit card, ERC‑20 crypto, PayPal, cashier’s check, or money order at delivery.

Every shipment includes UPS tracking and insurance up to $500.

We charge a 14% Listing Fee on the reserve price (or final sale if no reserve is set). This covers your item’s space, visibility, and advertising.

If bidding drives your item above reserve, we add a small 6% Success Commission on the extra amount only. This way, you keep the lion’s share of the upside, while the platform shares in the value it helped create.

If you list with no reserve, only the flat 14% applies — because the sale is guaranteed to the first bidder.

If you assist a seller, you earn a 5% steward commission. If you list your own item, you can apply the badge to yourself (earning 5%) or use it to reduce the platform fee from 14% to 9%. After ListToBid absorbs the 3% card fee, your effective fee is 6%.

When you refer another steward, you earn a 2% residual commission on each of their sales.

Accuracy is essential. Three inaccurate listings in a quarter may deactivate your steward status.

ListToBid issues UPS call tags. You print the label, pack securely, and have the item ready within 48 hours. UPS handles pickup, tracking, and insurance.

- We provide the infrastructure for listings, bidding, and transactions.

- We do not own or warehouse items.

- We cover credit card fees to build buyer trust.

Craigslist and OfferUp are only bulletin boards — they don’t process payments, protect sellers, or guarantee trust. You’re left to haggle in person, often for less than your asking price. eBay does process payments, but their fees are higher than ours, and they limit you to PayPal.

On ListToBid, your item is given a stage, your payment is processed securely (credit card, crypto, or transfer), and your payout is guaranteed. Our fees are simple and transparent: a flat 14% Listing Fee plus a small 6% Success Commission only if bidding drives your item above reserve.

ListToBid supports ERC‑20 tokens on major networks. That means many of the most popular tokens you’ve heard of are included, such as:

- Ethereum (ETH)

- Polygon (MATIC)

- Avalanche (AVAX)

- Shiba Inu (SHIB)

- Chainlink (LINK)

- Stablecoins like USDC, USDT, and DAI

👉 Each token has a “home chain.” For example, SHIB is an ERC‑20 token on Ethereum, while MATIC is native to Polygon. Always make sure you’re sending the token on the correct network. Sending the wrong version is like mailing treasure to the wrong address — it never arrives.
