ListToBid License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the participation of sellers and stewards in the ListToBid economy. It is a living document that may evolve as our platform grows.  

1. Purpose

ListToBid provides a trusted platform for listing, selling, and stewarding items. By listing on ListToBid, you agree to abide by the responsibilities and conditions outlined here.  

2. Stewardship & Responsibilities

- Listings must be materially accurate.  

- Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely and making them available for pickup within 48 hours.  

- Stewards must honor sales once confirmed.  

3. Commissions & Fees

- Platform commission: 14% of the item price.  

- Steward badge commission: 5% (or equivalent reduction of platform fee).  

- Referral commission: 2% residual on referred steward sales.  

- Credit card fees (3%) are absorbed by ListToBid.  

4. Shipping & Insurance

- UPS call tags are issued through the ListToBid portal.  

- Sellers must print the label and prepare the package.  

- UPS provides tracking and insurance coverage up to $500.  

- UPS is responsible for claims related to loss or damage once the package is accepted.  

5. Payments

- Buyers pay ListToBid at checkout.  

- ListToBid remits proceeds to sellers after deducting applicable commissions and fees.  

6. Modifications

This License Agreement may be updated as ListToBid evolves. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
